- Lower Kurast, Kurast Bazaar and Upper Kurast in Act 3 have increased area level (from 22 to 25 on Normal, from 52 to 55 on Nightmare and from 81 to 88 on Hell), +20% monster density, +100% chance of elite monsters and +1 monster type variation!
