Question: When does the new season start?
Answer: Season #20 starts Friday, May 19th, 2023 at 9 PM Brasília time.

Question: When will the new season end?
Answer: We don't announce the end date in advance, but we commit to roughly 4 months duration, varying a bit more or less depending on the next patch development demands and server activity.

Question: What will happen to my characters?
Answer: They will stop participating in events, becoming known as "NON-LADDER" (off-season) and no longer appear in-game, remaining only for memory.

Question: What will happen to my Evo Gold and Token that I have inside the game?
Answer: Evo Gold and Evo Token should be transferred to the website, access the menu in your D2Evo Account.

Question: What will be the fee for Evo Cash in the season transition?
Answer: The fee will be 35%. There's no longer a need for manual transfer by the player, the fee will be applied to everyone automatically and recorded in each player's statement.
Note: The fee is necessary due to the huge benefit a player gains in Diablo II by having such a valuable trade currency right at the start. Everyone knows that in Diablo, nothing ever passes between seasons, NOTHING! We at D2Evo love all stages of the game, and this initial stage cannot be harmed. Remember: it's still a super exclusive benefit and privilege of D2Evo that you can transfer something between seasons!

Question: How do I get Evo Gold/Cash inside the game in Season #20?
Answer: Every new journey starts completely fresh. To get Evo Cash inside the game there are three ways at the start: Completing Achievements and Objectives, Finding Evo Gold in-game, participating in official events, making donations, and making trades! After the start, on May 26th, items in the money shop will be unlocked, and on June 9th, the Akara shop in the Trade House will open.

Question: What will happen to the Evo Tokens I have?
Answer: Evo Token will not be altered or taxed. It will be carried over to the next season.

Question: Will the shop be available at the start of the season?
Answer: The shop will be available, but in the first weeks, items available for purchase will be limited to avoid the famous "pay-to-win" and keep the start as clean as possible, and on May 26th it will be fully released.

Question: Will the shop be available at the end of this season?
Answer: The shop enters pre-season mode with a big discount coupon for you to advance your Evo Cash for the next season, items are not available. Evo Cash purchased will remain "locked" and won't be taxed in the season transition. You have the option to unlock it in your financial statement if you want to use it this season.
