The Darkening Patch

The season 18 patch will bring, as always, new items, skill improvements and balancing.
Some highlights of the new patch:

- Review of items designed for low-level tournaments;
- New Goblin Town (use Gheed's Poverty to open!);
- More weekends with double experience;
- Progressive difficulty, making the season interesting for longer;

COMMON QUESTIONS

Question: When does the new season start?
Answer: Season #18 starts on Friday, October 21st, 2022 at 9 PM Brasília time.

Question: When will the new season end?
Answer: We don't announce the end date in advance, but we're committed to a duration of approximately 4 months, varying somewhat more or less depending on the demand for the next patch's development and server activity.

Question: What will happen to my characters?
Answer: They will stop participating in events, becoming known as “NON-LADDER” (out of season) and no longer appear in the game, they only remain as a memory.

Question: What will happen to my Evo Gold and Token that I have in the game?
Answer: Evo Gold and Evo Token should be transferred to the website, access the menu in your D2Evo Account.

Question: What will be the fee for Evo Cash when changing seasons?
Answer: The fee will be 30%. There is no longer a need for manual transfer by the player, the fee will be applied to everyone automatically and will be recorded in each person's statement.
Note: The fee is necessary due to the huge benefit the player gains in Diablo II by having such a valuable currency right at the start. Everyone knows that in Diablo, nothing ever carries over between seasons, NOTHING! We at D2Evo love all stages of the game, and this initial stage cannot be compromised. Remember: it's still a super exclusive benefit and advantage of D2Evo to be able to transfer something between seasons!

Question: How to get Evo Gold/Cash in the game during Season #18?
Answer: Every new journey starts completely fresh, to get Evo Cash in the game there are three ways at the start: Completing Achievements and Objectives, Finding Evo Gold in the game, participating in official events, making a donation, and making trades! After the start, on July 6th, items will be released in the money shop and the Akara shop will open in the Trading House.

Question: What will happen to the Evo Tokens I have?
Answer: Evo Token will not be changed or taxed. It will be kept for the next season.

Question: Will the shop be available at the start of the season?
Answer: The shop will be available, however, in the first few weeks, the items that can be purchased will be limited to avoid the famous "pay-to-win" and keep the start as clean as possible, and on November 2nd it will be fully released.
