Diablo® II: Resurrected™ Announcement Trailer

Diablo II Resurrected is announced at BlizzConline! New version of the classic will launch in 2021

Evil survived

Diablo® II: Resurrected breathes new life into Blizzard Entertainment's famous action RPG and its expansion, Diablo® II: Lord of Destruction®, from beginning to end. Return to fight for Sanctuary and uncover the destiny of the mysterious Dark Wanderer, renewed with unprecedented 3D graphics, new cinematics, remastered audio… and the same classic Diablo® II gameplay you love.

The classic action RPG, now remastered

Blizzard announced, during BlizzConline, a new remastered version of Diablo II.

Diablo II: Resurrected will have the base game and the Lord of Destruction expansion and is scheduled to launch in 2021 for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox X/S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch and will feature cross-platform progression between compatible systems.

The remaster will feature revamped graphics upgraded from 2D to 3D of the game that captivated and terrified audiences in 2000, plus 4K resolution and improved game audio.

The return of the Lord of Destruction

Diablo II: Resurrected includes all content from Diablo II and the epic expansion Diablo II: Lord of Destruction®. Fight in icy caves, haunted tombs swarming with abominable undead and frozen deserts, reach the peak of Mount Arreat and stop Baal, the Lord of Destruction. Bring justice with the two playable classes from Lord of Destruction: the cunning Assassin, master of traps and shadow disciplines, and the savage Druid, a brave shapeshifting summoner who commands primal elemental magics.

Expanded stash: More space for more items We've increased the size of your personal stash and added a new shared stash tab so you spend more time killing demons and looting, and less time organizing items.

Redesigned user interface: View advanced attribute information on your character sheet, item comparisons in tooltip form, auto-party creation when joining multiplayer matches and more with Diablo II Resurrected's new and improved user interface.

Command your own army: Features cooperative gameplay for up to eight players, and each player also has access to a mercenary. The minions of the Burning Hell may grow stronger, but they won't stand a chance against you!
