30% reduction in Cow Level size
20% reduction in PvP Arena size
50% reduction in Depths of Hell size
Review and changes to boss resistances in Pandemonium and Depths of Hell
Changed Act 5 red TPs, can no longer teleport, monsters remain and levels from 86/87/88 to 87/88/89
Changed Tomb Viper, no longer have poison, only Bone Spear, increased damage and attack speed
Reduction in defense of monsters up to level 30
Reduction in Cerberus resistances
Diablo level from 94 to 95
15% increase in Baal XP (Baal only)
Portal to Lucifer will open only with 20% chance
