First, we'd like to apologize for the issues we experienced and especially for the lack of an official post here on the website.
We kept most users updated via WhatsApp, but we should have posted here anyway. We focused all our efforts on getting everything back to normal as quickly as possible.
On May 11th, the datacenter experienced a physical problem with our server machine. It was necessary to replace the CPU and we were down for 2 days. After the CPU replacement, during the disk restoration process, there was data corruption and loss in our system. We had backups of all accounts, characters, account information, and everything needed from our users. We managed to bring the game server and rooms back online, but the website system infrastructure behind it all was damaged.
Nothing was lost besides system code, meaning your auctions finished as they were and your items and redemptions remain intact.
Due to this new issue, we terminated our contract with the datacenter we'd been using for years and switched to a new, more robust and reliable one.
Today we managed to restore everything and, even better, with the improvements we were developing!

Personal shop for all players! Access yours through the account menu and customize it
Trades are now not just auctions, fixed price sale option added

Anonymous mode is no longer default and must be selected
Secondary account linking! Now you always use the same main account on the website and can access your mule accounts, etc. through it
Added preferences section in D2Evo Account with option to hide balance (useful for streamers), password change for main and secondary accounts, and email change
Added comment field in transfers and button to view recent ones
Website images and videos were compressed to improve speed
Mobile access to the Trades, Library, and Account section menus redesigned
Item table organization improved on mobile
Fixed several attributes in the Library
