Yesterday afternoon during a routine check we found bot accounts bypassing protections and gaining access to part of the system, and at the same time we were notified of a hacker attack on the server datacenter that allowed the creation of some items.

We quickly shut everything down to run the heavier verification software that can only be run with the servers offline.
The process took much longer than expected and we apologize for the delay in coming back online.

Users who used third-party programs were banned for disrespecting the rules.

Some users, however, had strong ties with the banned users because they were from the same clan and were also caught in this systemic check, but after manual verification, it was found that there was no benefit and we will be returning some accounts.

We take this opportunity to issue an alert: DO NOT share your accounts with other users!

We apologize for the inconvenience and want you to know that this only happened because users were doing wrong things and the server is just doing its part, aiming to maintain the quality that everyone expects.
